Return and Refund Policy

At Datcart, your go-to gaming PC shop in the UAE, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policies regarding returns and refunds.

1. Custom PCs

  • Non-Refundable: Custom-built gaming PCs are crafted to your specifications and are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. We guarantee each custom PC is tested to meet your expectations.

2. Accessories, Monitors, and Gaming Components

  • Returns Accepted: We accept returns for unopened and unused accessories, monitors, and other gaming components within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in original packaging and in unused condition.

  • Unboxed Products: Refunds are not available for unboxed or used accessories, monitors, or components unless they are found defective upon arrival.

3. Monitor Dead Pixels Policy

  • Manufacturer’s Policy Applied: For monitors, we adhere to the manufacturer’s dead pixel policy. Some brands do not accept returns or refunds for monitors with less than 3 dead pixels. Please check the specific manufacturer’s policy regarding dead pixels before purchasing a monitor.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • In the case of products that arrive defective or damaged, we will arrange for a replacement or repair. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to report any issues.

5. Conditions for Return

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must:
    • Be unused and in its original condition.
    • Include original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
    • Have proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

6. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Exclusions

  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Opened or used custom-built PCs, unless defective.
    • Software and digital downloads.
    • Products modified or damaged after delivery (e.g., physical damage, liquid spills, etc.).
