Refund Policy

 

  • ‘’Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Paymen and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.”
  • Return will be only in the following cases :
  1. The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
  2. The product is defective.
  3. The product was damaged in shipping.
  4. The product is tampered.

To place a refund, return or exchange request for an order placed with DatCart, You would need to contact DatCart via email at info@datcart.com by phone at +971-507502120 or by accessing your account with DatCart.

Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within a 2 days standard response period and we will notify you via email of the results. We reserve the right to extend the standard response time in exceptional cases with a prior notice to you.

In cases of Direct Debit, the refund request can be processed only after a 6 weeks period from the payment date, period needed for your bank process settlement to complete. DatCart will only review and respond to your refund request after these 6 weeks period ends..

If you choose to pay by check or money order you may cancel your Order before making the payment or in case the payment is not received by us in 30 days DatCart will cancel you Order.

You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that if the Order is already shipped or delivered we will not be able to approve the cancelation request.

Some products have special conditions for returns as described in the Order or Product materials delivered (“Products terms”) so please read the carefully before making a request with DatCart. In case of misunderstandings between DatCart Refund Policy and the Product terms, the present Refund policy will prevail. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if due to DatCart error, when you need to contact DatCart and make a formal request.

If the refund request is granted by DatCart, payments are refunded as follows:

  • Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (1) business days;
  • Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days and the cost of transfer will be supported by the end user;
  • PayPal payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
  • Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) days.
  • In the case of installment payments, DatCart can deduct the provider fees when refunding.

If applicable, DatCart reserve the right to hold the refund payment until we receive a completed letter of destruction of the Product signed by the customer.

 

In case of Debit card installment payments, if the cancelation is not justified by a product defect or delay of delivery, Datcart is able to deduct provider fees or refund full amount to DatCart wallet.

  • When refunding a Spotti order, Datcart can choose to refund 85% of the initial amount only or full amount to DatCart wallet.
  • When refunding a Tabby/Cashew Order, Datcart can choose to refund 95% of the initial amount only or full amount to DatCart wallet.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Cancelation will be allowed in case of:

  • The wrong product was sent by Datcart.
  • The product is defective.
  • The product was damaged in shipping.
  • The item was not delivered on the agreed time.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
