This combination delivers outstanding cooling performance while fitting seamlessly into 4U systems and other space-constrained environments.

The airflow direction of the NH-D9 aligns parallel to the long axis of the LGA4189 socket, making it particularly suitable for server builds where the cooler’s fans need to integrate with the chassis’s internal airflow. This orientation is also ideal for workstation setups where exhaust towards the top of the case is necessary. Complete with the professional SecuFirm2™ mounting system and pre-applied NT-H1 thermal compound, the NH-D9 DX-4189 4U offers a comprehensive premium cooling solution for LGA4189-based Xeon workstations and servers.

Compatibility Note: The included plastic CPU carrier frame is specifically for LGA4189-4 (P4) systems. LGA4189-5 (P5) systems use the same mounting mechanism but require a different CPU carrier frame.
